Cooking whilst you are on a boat is challenging. Firstly, if you are underway you want to be below decks a  little as possible. Secondly, if you are on long passages you probably have limited supplies and need to be creative. 

At one point in life I worked as a chef in a number of Michelin starred restaurants. But that is;t the food that I cook on a boat. I like to experiment; I like to learn from the locals and take inspiration from traditional dishes. I will share with you what I pick up along the way and what I create with the limited supplies we have.
